Screw The Status Quo is a Canadian website that features creative content from around the world. Our pages are filled with original public submissions intertwined with the various initiatives of the editors. We aspire to create a channel for disseminating the creative work and ideas of artists and writers who share our disdain for the mainstream. It’s like a 20th century 'college zine’ with wings.  

Indie Iconoclast is a podcast hosted by Swail, the website's creator. It’s all about introducing the STSQ audience to new and interesting music mostly collected via the STSQ submission channels or indie labels. 

 The site also offers a public forum, intended as a feedback loop for creative ideas and chit-chat, as well as links to our various social networking sites. Creative Heads and Comrades are two pages dedicated to mentioning and linking to our friends, our contributors, and their projects.
